• Amukkura Chooranam
  • Amukkura Chooranam is used in rheumatic diseases, sexual deficiency and insomnia and cures colic, persisting hiccups, chlorosis and spermatorrhea. It may be taken 1 or 2 grams at a time with honey, warm water or milk.
  • Ashta Chooranam
  • Ashta Chooranam is digestive, carminative and astringent. One or two grams may be taken with warm water or buttermilk before or with food. In abdominal pain, it may be taken with ghee with the first morsel of food twice a day.
  • Aswagandha Chooranam
  • Aswagandha Chooranam is a restorative tonic and an aphrodisiac with properties beneficial to the heart and the nerves. One or two grams may be mixed with milk and taken twice or thrice a day. Goat’s milk would be better in the case of pregnant women. In insomnia and fractures it may be taken with sugar candy.
  • Bhaskara Lavana Chooranam
  • Bhaskara Lavana Chooranam is an appetiser with digestive and carminative effects. It is also used in the treatment of enlargement of liver and spleen, piles and other disorders of the alimentary tract and abdominal pain. The dosage is 1 or 2 grams with butter milk or warm water, before or after meals.
  • Chundai Vatral Chooranam
  • Chundai Vatral Chooranam is taken in disorders like indigestion, diarrhoea and bleeding piles. The dose is 1 or 2 grams with buffalo milk or curd before food.
